Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are prepared from Canada. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery estimate. During launches or holidays, processing may take longer.

Shipping within Canada

Standard shipping is $12 CAD and is free on orders of $75 CAD or more. The current estimated transit time is 3–5 business days.

Express shipping is $20 CAD. The current estimated transit time is 1–2 business days.

Shipping to the United States

U.S. orders are fulfilled through Shopify Managed Markets, with Global-e acting as merchant of record.

Standard International shipping is $7 USD for eligible packages up to 0.5 kg, with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days.

Express International shipping is $28 USD for eligible packages up to 1.5 kg, with an estimated transit time of 1–2 business days.

Duties and applicable import charges for U.S. orders are handled through Managed Markets. Applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates

All delivery times are estimates supplied by the carrier and begin after dispatch. They are not guaranteed. Customs, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or an incomplete address may affect delivery.

Order tracking

When your order ships, Shopify will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact sitarasupport@gmail.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins and are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or your parcel arrives damaged, email sitarasupport@gmail.com with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier. Keep all packaging and photograph any damage.

Sitara currently accepts orders shipping to Canada and the United States. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout.
